1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 5777et platform — whether via a web browser, a saved shortcut, or any other means — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 5777et are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5777et offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and seasonal incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who are 21 years of age or older and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that are clearly stated at the point of each offer. Until wagering requirements are met in full, bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn.

6 Betting Rules & Sportsbook

The following rules apply to all bets placed via the 5777et sportsbook:

7 Fair Play, Prohibited Conduct & Account Termination

5777et is committed to providing a fair and secure environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, as well as the forfeiture of any balances:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any form of systematic exploitation of bonus offers or pricing errors.

• Placing bets on the outcome of an event in which you, or a party connected to you, have inside knowledge or the ability to influence the result.

Where 5777et terminates an account for breach of these Terms, any promotional or bonus balances will be forfeited in full. Real-money deposits not derived from bonus abuse may be returned at 5777et's discretion following investigation.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content provided on the platform for purposes other than personal entertainment.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 5777et's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection
